We are less than 7 minutes drive from the world famous Candolim beach and dine restaurants i.e. Bomras, Republic of noodles, Wok & Roll, Banyan Tree and many more, shops, pubs i.e. La Brise, Cohiba etc and night clubs i.e. Sinq , LPK etc. This safe and secure guarded complex has 5 Villas with private parking, private swimming pools, 24 hours security service and power back up. Entire property can accommodate groups as large as 60 guests!!

Ground floor offers a swimming pool, kitchen, living room and bedroom. Living room is air conditioned and features dining area for 8 guests, along with TV and music systems. Swimming pool area and a small private garden for sit out can be accessed from the living room. Two sun beds with large umbrellas and sitting arrangements with table are made by the pool for comfort of our guests.

For our guests who’d like to cook their meals their way, we have just the kitchen with all updated appliances to bring out the chef in you. For those who’d like it otherwise, a chef can be arranged at additional charges. Also included in your stay is housekeeping and concierge services. Washing machine and iron are also offered in each villa.

One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor which gives comfort for groups with elder members/small children. Remaining 3 bedrooms are on the first and second floors. Here you will find out all luxurious amenities to provide comfortable sleep during your holiday. Each room of the house is air conditioned, equipped with flat screen TV and satellite channels. All bedrooms have private bathrooms with 24/7 hot and cold water in the shower and a balcony (except the bedroom on the ground floor). Master bedroom has a pool view and a big dressing room.

Maximum occupancy in one luxury villa is for 12 guests.
